we loved this absolutely great hotel and had a perfectly pleasant time. we ate at a good restaurant with good food. the location turned out to be exceptionally nice and unbeatable. stayed here for 3 nights and did not want to leave there.

All the employees were pleasant and welcoming.

The room features central heating, a TV, and a safe, with an especially comfortable bed, complemented by a good pool.

Visited in winter/december and we were able to use the aircon to heat the room during the evening at no extra charge. We paid 4 euros each for breakfast which was good and plentiful. Good kitchen facilities inside the room. Good position for beach/shops/resteraunts/bars/harbour. Staff very helpfull. 15 to 20 minutes walk to the center of rethymno so it was quiet in the night. Free wifi internet in public areas of the hotel. Would book again if in the area.

The repairs aren't new, they should be. Furniture, too.

Great location overlooking the sea.Large well equipped apartment with a swimming pool,if needed.Ideal for our short stay because we had such terrible weather but we felt as snug as a bug.Excellent price for the 3 days spent there and may return next March ,depending on circumstances.Recommended for 2 to 3 people but not so sure about Rethymnon as a true reflection of Greek Culture.Prefer Heraklion.

The spacious rooms here come equipped with a safe, central heating, and a TV with satellite channels, providing all the comforts for a relaxing stay.

It is well situated, right on the beach, and not too far from the old town. the rooms are large and comfortable, and very good value for the price.

The reception was mostly not staffed. There was no one there when I arrived. You need tto phone, and someone comes quickly.

Great sea view and comfortable studio apartment

The rooms at Medusa Apartments are incredibly spacious and have comfortable beds, making it easy for me to relax and get a good night's sleep. I loved the fact that each apartment has a small kitchen with a mini fridge, allowing me to store and prepare my own food whenever I wanted. The luxurious bathroom in the room was a pleasant surprise and added a touch of elegance to my stay. The availability of bathrooms for after check out was convenient and ensured that I could freshen up before heading out.

Personally, I found the hot tub in the studio room to be unnecessary and didn't use it during my stay.

Everything really! Very friendly and helpful staff! Excellent location, 10 metres from the beach and sea view!!! Large rooms, very well maintained and daily cleaned etc.

..... the only thing that I can think is that there was no internet connection/signal/cable in the room (but i think its just me been picky)

the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen utensils to a clothes horse. the balcony offered a fantastic view, especially during sunset. the location was also ideal, with the Old Town and Marina just a short walk away. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping. the pool was a highlight, especially for families traveling with children. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

there is no washing machine. It was very big problem for me.
